Scooter rental waiver of liability

By taking a scooter out with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in favour of BeeWay:

1. 1. Acknowledgment of risk

   I acknowledge that riding a scooter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. I assume full responsibility for any risks arising from my use of the scooter.

2. 2. Waiver and release

   I hereby waive, release, and discharge BeeWay and its owners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my use of the scooter, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. 3. Indemnification

   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeeWay and its owners from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) that may arise out of my use of the scooter.

4. 4. Fitness to ride

   I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely operating the scooter.

5. 5. Minors

   The minimum age to ride is 13. If I am under 18 years of age, I confirm that I have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian, and that they have reviewed and accepted these terms on my behalf.
